Our Story

In 1953, James Tennant Sr. started Piston Ring Service & Supply as a two-man Machine Shop in central Winnipeg. Throughout its history, Piston Ring has maintained an aggressive attitude to change.

Today the company continues across generations, supported by a Winnipeg-based team and a large distribution footprint.

Expansion and acquisitions have resulted in a strong store network across Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Northwestern Ontario.

To qualify
  • The part was purchased at an affiliated auto parts store.
  • The customer has the original proof of purchase.
  • If the part brand isn’t normally carried, it may be replaced with a comparable brand.
Additional rules
  • The part fails within the manufacturer’s warranty period.
  • Return to the original store if within 50 miles (some items excluded such as engines/transmissions/power tools).
